Deliveries in mainland UK are undertaken by Royal Mail via 1st class post. Please allow up to 5 days from placement of order.
After placement of order you will receive confirmation of payment and separate confirmation of product(s) ordered. Please check ‘spam’ folder if not received!
Our couriers deliver Monday to Saturday 8.00am – 6.00pm. When our courier delivers your parcel, a signature will be needed to confirm delivery.
If you are not in, a card will be left detailing how delivery can be re-arranged.
It is always helpful if there is an alternative delivery address in case there is no one in to sign for the parcel.
Shipping and Delivery to USA Canada and mainland Europe : Please allow 10 days from placement of order. A tracking number for your parcel will supplied when the order is dispatched.
All our parcels are able to be tracked throughout delivery.
